James Wopnford

Mr. Wopnford has been in the real estate development business with a primary focus on healthcare real estate for 40 years. These activities include all facets of development, construction, finance, leasing and management.

Prior to his work with Caddis Partners, Mr. Wopnford was actively developing in Arizona with the most recent project being a seven building medical/professional complex in Phoenix, which was 100% leased and sold within 24 months of commencement. Mr. Wopnford has acted as principal and managed the development process for medical, general office, and retail projects in 14 different states and Canada. Mr. Wopnford was also an executive in charge of development for a publicly traded company that developed and acquired 48 new locations over a five year period.

Mr. Wopnford is married and resides in Scottsdale, Arizona.
